The meeting agenda will include an update on the HOA's financial position, report on our past activities, plans for the upcoming year, and of course the election.
This is your point of contact to submit requests to the architectural review committee or file complaints for neighborhood violations. Please read the covenants & restrictions carefully so that you are aware of the types of things that need to be submitted to the architectural review committee, i.e. fences, landscaping, patios, decks, etc... This is our association's master declaration of restrictions and covenants. This document governs our neighborhood and each home owner agreed to this document when they purchased a home in the Inverness subdivision. This is our constitution. This document is not the Inverness By-Laws of the Inverness subdivision.
